Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution is the lost chapter of the Shantae series — a Game Boy Advance sequel shelved mid-development in 2004 and finished more than twenty years later by original creators Matt and Erin Bozon. This PlayStation 5 physical edition brings the completed 2D action-platformer to modern consoles with its pixel-art visuals intact.
The pirate Risky Boots has a scheme to rotate the entire continent of Sequin Land so she can drag every town to the coast and loot it at will. As Shantae, you turn that power against her — twisting and swapping multilayered stages to open new routes and solve puzzles that would be impossible from a single angle.
