3. Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and availability.
Product images may differ slightly from the physical item because of lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.
Customers should review product specifications and compatibility before purchasing.
If we discover a material error in a product listing or order, we will contact the customer before processing or dispatching the order.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable product prices, delivery charges, discounts, and order totals are displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting or dispatching an order.
If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we will notify the customer and provide the option to confirm the corrected order or receive a cancellation and refund where applicable.
5. Product Availability
Products and variants are subject to availability.
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer to offer:
• A revised delivery date
• A suitable alternative
• Removal of the unavailable item
• Cancellation and refund of the affected item
No replacement will be supplied without the customer’s agreement.
6. Orders
After placing an order, the customer may receive an automated order confirmation.
An automated confirmation means the order was received. It does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
An order may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Failed or incomplete payment authorisation
• Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity
• Inability to verify customer or delivery information
• Delivery restrictions

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate payment information.
If cash on delivery is available, the customer must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be available to receive and pay for the order.
We do not request customers to send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes through email, WhatsApp, or social media.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver within Kuwait.
Shipping charges, available delivery options, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates may be affected by:

• Customer location
• Order confirmation time
• Fridays or public holidays
• Incorrect address or telephone details
• Events outside our reasonable control
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable telephone number.
9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:

• Supporting photographs or videos
• Product serial number, where applicable
We may arrange an inspection, repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable rights.
