Welcome to AMC Tech Kuwait.

These Terms of Service govern your use of amctechkwt.com and any purchases made
through our website. By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an
order, you agree to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under
applicable Kuwait laws.

AMC Tech Kuwait is an online-only retailer. We do not operate a walk-in showroom.

2. WEBSITE USE

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Interfere with the website's security or operation
• Use the website for fraudulent or unauthorised activities
• Copy, scrape, or misuse website content without permission
• Attempt unauthorised access to customer, store, or system data

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications,
compatibility information, prices, and availability.

Product images may differ slightly from the physical item because of lighting,
screen settings, packaging updates, or manufacturer changes.

If we discover a material error in a listing or order, we will contact you before
processing or dispatching the order.

4. PRICING

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars. Product prices, delivery charges,
discounts, and order totals are shown at checkout before you confirm.

We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before accepting or dispatching
an order. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we will notify you
and offer the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a refund.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products and variants are subject to availability. Adding an item to the cart does
not reserve it.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable we may offer a revised delivery date, a
suitable alternative, removal of the item, or cancellation and refund. No
replacement will be supplied without your agreement.

6. ORDERS

After placing an order you may receive an automated confirmation. This means the
order was received; it does not necessarily mean it has been accepted or
dispatched.

An order may be declined or cancelled for legitimate reasons, including product
unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, inability to verify customer
or delivery information, delivery restrictions, or resale concerns.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a refund will be
issued.

7. PAYMENT

We accept two payment methods:

• Cash on delivery — pay our driver in cash when your order arrives.
• Payment link on delivery — our driver sends a payment link to your phone. The
link accepts KNET and cards, and you complete it yourself on your own device.

Payment is taken on delivery. No card details are collected on this website.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be available to receive
and pay for the order.

We will never ask you to send card numbers, PINs, passwords, or one-time
verification codes by email, WhatsApp, or social media.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver within Kuwait only, using our own drivers.

Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM. Orders confirmed before the cut-off are dispatched
the same business day.

• Standard delivery arrives within 1 business day — 1.500 KWD
• Express delivery arrives within 3 to 6 hours during business hours — 3.000 KWD
• Remote areas arrive within 1 business day — 4.500 KWD

Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the
next business day. This applies to express orders too.

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Return collection is free of charge, and approved refunds are issued within 1 business day of approval, whether you paid cash on delivery or by payment link.

Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any
consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect products after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective,
incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with
your order number, a description, supporting photos or videos, and the serial
number where applicable.

11. WARRANTY

Warranty availability, duration, provider, and conditions vary by product. A
product may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, a distributor warranty, a
store-supported warranty, or no additional commercial warranty beyond applicable
legal rights.

Warranty coverage may exclude damage from misuse, improper installation,
accidental or liquid damage, unauthorised repair, failure to follow instructions,
and normal wear and tear.

12. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotions, discount codes, free-shipping offers, and bundles may be subject to
separate eligibility conditions and expiry dates. Promotions cannot be combined
unless expressly stated.

13. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping login
details confidential, telling us of suspected unauthorised use, and ensuring
activity under your account is authorised.

We may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud,
misuse, or a security risk.

14. REVIEWS AND SUBMITTED CONTENT

Where you submit reviews, comments, images, or other content, you confirm it is
accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. We may remove
content that is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website design, AMC Tech Kuwait branding, original text, graphics, and other
original content belong to AMC TECHNOLOGY GENERAL TRADING & CONTRACTING CO. or its
licensors.

Manufacturer names, product names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of
their respective owners.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website uses third-party services for hosting, payments, and analytics. Those
services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

17. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but uninterrupted access cannot
be guaranteed. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, security
requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMC Tech Kuwait will not be responsible
for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, product misuse, or
events outside our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability where
exclusion is prohibited by law.

19. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

If we make a material change to these Terms, we will:

• Publish the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date;
• Display a notice on the website for at least 14 days; and
• Email customers who hold an account or have an active order at least 14 days
before the change takes effect.

Changes will not apply retroactively to an order already accepted before the
change. Continuing to use the website or placing a new order after the change
takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Minor corrections such as typographical fixes will be published without individual
notice.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint directly. Consumers
may also use the complaint channels provided by the Kuwait Ministry of Commerce
and Industry.
