Eligible in-stock orders confirmed before the daily cutoff are normally processed on the same business day and delivered within 1 business day across Kuwait.

Orders placed after the cutoff, on Fridays, public holidays, outside business hours, or requiring additional stock confirmation may be processed on the next business day.

We currently deliver only within Kuwait.

Orders are typically delivered within 1 business day after order confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on product availability, order time, public holidays, and delivery location.

Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge is KWD 1.500 and is shown during checkout.

Free shipping may be available for selected products or promotional campaigns when clearly stated.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
