We are not an authorised reseller, distributor, service centre or agent for any manufacturer, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Sony, SanDisk, Western Digital, Logitech, Huawei, Anker, KingSmith or any other brand we sell. All brand names, trademarks, logos and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we stock.
Where our products come from
We buy from established suppliers and distributors in the region. Products are supplied as sourced, in their original manufacturer packaging.
Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product and by manufacturer. Where a warranty applies to an item, it is stated on that product's page. If a product page does not state a warranty, please ask us before ordering rather than assuming one applies. We are not a manufacturer service centre and cannot carry out manufacturer repairs ourselves.
Product information
We aim to describe every product accurately: correct model numbers, honest specifications, images that show the actual item, and prices with no hidden charges. If you find a listing that is wrong or unclear, tell us and we will correct it.
Payment
No payment is taken on this website. You pay on delivery — in cash, or through a payment link the driver sends to your phone, which accepts KNET and cards. We never collect or store card details. The information you do give us — your name, address and phone number — travels over an encrypted connection and is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We never sell customer data.
Delivery and returns
We deliver within Kuwait only, using our own drivers. Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Return & Refund Policy.
