At AMC Tech Kuwait we are committed to delivering every order safely and on time. Every order is delivered across Kuwait by our own drivers.
Order Cut-Off and Processing
- Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM (AST, UTC+3).
- Orders confirmed before 6:00 PM are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. This applies to express orders too.
Delivery Speed and Charges
- Standard delivery — within 1 business day — 1.500 KWD
- Express delivery — within 3–6 hours during business hours — 3.000 KWD
- Remote areas — within 1 business day — 4.500 KWD
Express delivery is counted in business hours only. An express order placed close to the 6:00 PM cut-off, on a Friday, or on a public holiday begins its 3–6 hour window on the next business day.

Delivered by Our Own Drivers
We do not use a third-party courier. Our own drivers handle every delivery, which lets us confirm delivery windows directly with you by phone or WhatsApp.
Secure Packaging
Every order is packed with protective materials to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Each item undergoes a quality check before dispatch.
Delivery Confirmation
Our customer support team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and coordinate delivery.
Payment on Delivery
You pay when your order arrives — in cash, or through a payment link our driver sends to your phone. The link accepts KNET and cards. No payment is taken on this website.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return collection is free of charge, and approved refunds are issued within 1 business day of approval, whether you paid cash on delivery or by payment link.
