This Payment Policy explains how payment works at AMC Tech Kuwait. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
Payment is taken on delivery, not on this website
Nothing is charged when you place your order. You pay when your order arrives at your door. No card or bank details are entered on this website at any point, and we never store card numbers.
Accepted payment methods
- Cash on delivery. Pay our driver in cash when your order arrives.
- Payment link on delivery. Our driver sends a payment link to your phone when they arrive. The link accepts KNET and debit or credit cards, and you complete the payment yourself on your own device.
There is no card payment step during online checkout. We do not offer Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
Cash on delivery
- Available only for deliveries within Kuwait.
- Please prepare the exact amount where possible, as our drivers may not always carry change.
- Orders may require telephone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
AMC Tech Kuwait reserves the right to refuse or limit cash on delivery for customers with repeated order cancellations or failed delivery attempts.
Payment link on delivery
If you prefer not to pay in cash, tell the driver when they arrive and they will send you a payment link. You complete the payment on your own phone using KNET or a card. The payment is handled by our payment provider — AMC Tech Kuwait never sees or stores your card details.
Security
We will never ask you to send card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time verification codes by email, WhatsApp or social media. If anyone contacts you claiming to be AMC Tech Kuwait and asks for these, do not respond and contact us on the number below.
Order confirmation
Certain orders may require additional confirmation before dispatch. If so, our support team will contact you using the phone number or email provided at checkout. Orders may be cancelled if the delivery information is incorrect, or if we are unable to reach you.
Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes where required by law unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions and discounts may change without prior notice.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery anywhere in Kuwait: 1.500 KWD
- Express delivery: 3.000 KWD
- Remote areas: 4.500 KWD
The charge that applies to your order is shown before you confirm it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued in line with our Return & Refund Policy, within 1 business day of approval, whether you paid in cash or by payment link. If you paid by payment link, your bank or card provider may need additional time before the funds appear in your account.
