AMC Tech Kuwait exists for one simple reason: it was unnecessarily difficult to buy ordinary technology in Kuwait. To find a particular cable, a memory card with the correct capacity, or a replacement charger usually required calling on different shops, driving between them, and was often given something that was only approximately right rather than the item you had actually asked for. The listings available online were frequently unclear about what was included in the package, the cost of delivery, or when the item would arrive.
The business has traded in Kuwait since 2013 under commercial licence 2013/467. To correct the problem above we set up a website shop, which opened in 2026. When our products are listed they include the model number, the price, and the cost of delivery before you make your decision.
How we operate
- We are an online-only retailer. We do not operate a walk-in showroom. All orders must be placed through this website.
- We use our own drivers; instead of giving our deliveries to a courier we carry them out ourselves, which is why we can commit to the times below.
- We only provide delivery to Kuwait and do not offer international shipping.
- You are to pay when the item arrives; you won't be charged at the time of placing your order and neither your card nor your bank details are entered on this website. You will pay upon delivery, either in cash or by using a payment link that the driver sends to your phone, and this link accepts KNET and cards.
Delivery
- Standard — 1.500 KWD. Dispatched the same business day when ordered before the cut-off, and delivered within one business day.
- Express — 3.000 KWD. Dispatched on the same business day and delivered within 3 to 6 hours during business hours.
- Remote areas — 4.500 KWD. Within one business day.
The daily cut-off time is 6:00 PM (AST, UTC+3); if an order is placed after this time, on a Friday, or on a public holiday, it will be dispatched the following business day. This rule also applies to express orders.
Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. This applies to every product we sell, subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Requests made more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Once a return is approved we collect the item at no charge to you, and your refund is issued within one business day of approval. There is no restocking fee.
Defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please check your order when the driver hands it over. Contact us with your order number, a description and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

We do not act as an authorised reseller, distributor, service centre or agent for any manufacturer, and we have no affiliation with, are not endorsed by nor sponsored by Apple, Sony, SanDisk, Western Digital, Logitech, Huawei, Anker, KingSmith or any other brand whose products we sell. All brand names, trademarks and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used merely to indicate the products that we stock.
The warranty offered depends on the product and the manufacturer; for each product, the warranty is listed on its individual page. However, if the warranty is not mentioned there, you should ask us before you place your order rather than making an assumption.
