Return & Refund Policy

At AMC Technology Kuwait, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable Kuwait consumer-protection laws.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date, subject to the applicable legal requirements and the conditions below.

To be eligible for a non-defective product return, the item should:

• Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Be in its original packaging
• Include all accessories, manuals, gifts, and promotional items supplied with it
• Include the original invoice or other valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law:

• Opened or used accessories that cannot be resold for hygiene, safety, or compatibility reasons
• Activated software, digital products, licence keys, or gift cards
• Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair
• Items missing original packaging, accessories, serial numbers, or proof of purchase

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or legally returnable items remain subject to applicable consumer-protection rights.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or videos showing the problem
• The product packaging and serial number, where applicable

After reviewing the request, we may arrange an inspection, replacement, exchange, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from our team.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for delivery, collection, or return to our Hawally store.

Return Delivery Costs

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, AMC Technology Kuwait will arrange or cover the reasonable return-delivery cost.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the return-delivery cost and any additional collection charge. These costs will be communicated before collection is arranged.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

We normally initiate approved refunds within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Original delivery charges may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for:

• Defective or damaged products
• Incorrect products
• Approved unopened products, subject to stock availability and applicable conditions

If the replacement product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, store credit, or refund, subject to the customer’s rights and approval.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are handled separately from ordinary returns.

Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer, nature of the fault, warranty period, and warranty conditions supplied with the item.

Damage caused by misuse, liquid exposure, accidental damage, unauthorised repair, or failure to follow product instructions may not be covered.
