Fast Order Processing and Delivery
- Our daily cut-off is 6:00 PM. Orders confirmed before the cut-off are dispatched the same business day.
- Standard delivery arrives within 1 business day — 1.500 KWD.
- Express delivery arrives within 3–6 hours during business hours — 3.000 KWD.
- Remote areas arrive within 1 business day — 4.500 KWD.
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. This applies to express orders too.
- Every order is delivered by our own drivers.
Pay When Your Order Arrives
Nothing is charged when you place your order. You pay our driver on delivery, using either:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash.
- Payment link on delivery — our driver sends a link to your phone. It accepts KNET and cards.
No card details are ever entered on this website.

14-Day Returns, Free Collection
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Return collection is free of charge, and approved refunds are issued within 1 business day of approval, whether you paid cash on delivery or by payment link.
