Order Processing

Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 7:00 PM (Arabia Standard Time – AST, UTC+3) during our regular business hours are generally processed on the same business day, subject to product availability and payment verification.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM (AST), outside business hours, on Fridays, or during public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Some orders may require additional verification or inventory confirmation before dispatch. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you promptly.

Saturday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (AST, UTC+3)
Friday: Closed
Orders may be placed online at any time; however, processing and customer support are available only during the business hours listed above.

Delivery Coverage

AMC Tech Kuwait currently delivers exclusively within the State of Kuwait. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been successfully processed, the estimated delivery schedule is:

Major cities and urban areas: 1–2 business days
Remote or outlying areas: 2–3 business days

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may occasionally vary due to product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

A standard delivery charge of KWD 1.500 applies to most orders and is displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, AMC Tech Kuwait may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or special campaigns. Any applicable promotional offer will always be clearly displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Updates

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, our customer support team may contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to:

  • Confirm your order
  • Verify delivery details
  • Arrange delivery timing
  • Notify you of any shipping updates or delays

If shipment tracking is available for your order, the tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Delivery Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including:

  • Mobile Number
  • Complete Delivery Address
  • Area, Block, Street, Building, Floor, and Apartment Number (where applicable)

Incorrect or incomplete address information may delay delivery or require additional delivery attempts.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The customer is unavailable,
  • The delivery address is incomplete or incorrect,
  • The phone number cannot be reached,
  • Or the customer requests a rescheduled delivery,

our team will make reasonable efforts to contact you and arrange another delivery.

Additional delivery fees may apply if repeated delivery attempts are required due to customer-related reasons.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged,
  • Incomplete,
  • Contains the wrong product,
  • Or has missing items,

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the package and product (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Delivery Delays

Currently, AMC Tech Kuwait ships only within Kuwait.
