If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

By placing an order with AMC Tech Kuwait, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, cables, protective materials, and free gifts (if applicable)
  • must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of physical damage, misuse, modification, or
  • unauthorized repair.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and manufacturer restrictions, the following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened software or digital activation products
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories
  • Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (unless defective)
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • Missing items

please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will carefully review your request and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any product back.

  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Supporting photos (if applicable)

Once your request has been approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Approved refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of similar value or issue an eligible refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item shipped by AMC Tech Kuwait
  • Shipping damage

AMC Tech Kuwait may cover the applicable return shipping costs.

For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless otherwise stated.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The product has been used beyond reasonable inspection.
  • The item is returned incomplete.
  • The product is damaged by the customer.
  • The serial number has been removed or altered.
  • The product is returned outside the 14-day return period.
